Davey Hamilton Jr. is a third-generation American racing driver. Son of former INDYCAR SERIES competitor Davey Hamilton and grandson of Ken Hamilton, he began his racing career in karting before advancing to midgets and sprint cars. Hamilton Jr. made his Indy Lights debut in 2016 and has since competed in various series, including NASCAR K&N Pro Series West and Stadium Super Trucks. In 2025, Hamilton Jr. rejoined INDY NXT by Firestone with HMD Motorsports for four-race, oval-only program.
