Christian Rasmussen completed his first full NTT INDYCAR SERIES season in 2025 with ECR and returned to drive the No. 21 Chevrolet in 2026. After making 14 starts as a rookie in 2024 following his 2023 INDY NXT by Firestone championship, Rasmussen earned his first career NTT INDYCAR SERIES victory at the Milwaukee Mile in 2025.
The 26-year-old Copenhagen, Denmark, native is just the second driver in history to win a championship at every level feeding into the NTT INDYCAR SERIES, capturing titles in USF2000 (2020), USF Pro 2000 (2021) and INDY NXT (2023). He has shown particular strength on oval tracks, where aggressive strategy and strong racecraft have produced standout results.
Off the track, Rasmussen enjoys playing pickleball with fellow drivers, has a passion for classic cars and describes himself as a “big car guy.” He is close friends with fellow Danish driver Christian Lundgaard and is learning to play golf.
