Polish driver Tymek Kucharczyk will make his INDY NXT by Firestone debut with HMD Motorsports in 2026, racing in America for the first time. The 19-year-old becomes the first Polish driver to compete in the INDYCAR development series after a dominant 2025 campaign, winning the Euroformula Open Championship with BVM Racing. Kucharczyk began karting at age 5 and quickly emerged as a standout talent. His formula racing career includes a third-place finish in the 2022 F4 Spanish Championship with one win and 12 podiums, followed by two seasons in the GB3 Championship, where he earned four wins, three poles and third in the championship standings.
